Mathieu Lefebvre has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Executive Chef at Saint Louis Club since October 2018, where expertise in private dining is showcased. Previously, Mathieu held the position of Sous-Chef at Saint-Louis Club from June 2004 to April 2022, contributing to the club's culinary offerings.
