Sean Atkinson

Sean Atkinson is a seasoned professional in the cyber security sector, currently serving as the Head of Sales for The SecOps Group since June 2021, where leadership encompasses UK and EU sales efforts. Atkinson co-founded BSides Lancashire and Respect in Security, initiatives focused on fostering community engagement in cyber security and addressing harassment issues, respectively. Additionally, Atkinson co-founded Cyber House Party, a charity-focused event responding to COVID-19. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Security Assurance at Secarma Ltd, Commercial Lead and Account Manager at NCC Group, and earlier positions at RED A, Softcat Ltd, and BT. Atkinson holds a degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Lancaster University.
