Mike Garrett

Mike Garrett has a rich and diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Mike currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Segal, where they provide trusted advice to clients in various sectors. Prior to this, Mike worked as Global Partner Recruiting at McKinsey & Company, where they offered professional services to corporations and governments. Mike also served as an Executive Search Partner at MDG Search, utilizing their expertise in executive recruitment. Mike has held senior roles at Alight Solutions and Mercer, two prominent human capital solution providers. Mike has also worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Emerus, a national leader in healthcare delivery. Mike began their career at Aon, where they worked as a Recruiting Consultant and later as a Client Manager. Throughout their career, Mike has developed a strong understanding of the industry and has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and management.

Mike Garrett holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in General Administration and Management from Louisiana State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the same university. Mike has also completed Leadership Development Training from Yale University and obtained additional certifications in Phenom People Recruiter and Human Resource Management from Phenom People and Rice University respectively. Additionally, Mike has attended the Management Leadership for Tomorrow program.
