Lindsey Elkind

Lindsey Elkind is the Chief Legal Counsel at The Sequoia Project, responsible for overseeing all legal and regulatory matters related to the organization's non-profit mission and business strategy. Prior to this role, Lindsey held positions at DaVita Kidney Care and Colorado Access, where she provided legal counsel on healthcare regulatory compliance and corporate matters. Lindsey's experience also includes working as a Contract Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office and as a Student Attorney at the Civil Rights Clinic at the University of Denver. Lindsey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.
