Position Summary:

Are you a passionate and driven marketing professional ready to make a significant impact? TSL is seeking a Marketing Strategist who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to take on the challenge of creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand recognition. As a self-starter, you will play a pivotal role in building the marketing structures and strategies that will propel TSL to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating Marketing Campaigns: Develop innovative marketing campaigns that align with TSL’s goals and values.

  • Executing Marketing Campaigns: Be hands-on in executing all aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

  • Planning and Hosting Events: Organize and manage events that promote TSL’s brand and services.

  • Preparing Trade Shows: Coordinate and manage TSL’s presence at trade shows, including booth setup and marketing collateral.

  • Running Digital Ads: Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn for both ads and organic content.

  • Coordinating Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials to support campaigns and events.

  • Review of Analytics: Analyze marketing data from all channels to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in marketing, with significant experience in running ads and setting up campaigns.

  • Industry Knowledge: Preferably experienced in marketing a development agency.

  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently and build new marketing structures in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: $10,000 for reaching the company annual goal, $25,000 for achieving company stretch goal
