Elaine Russell Reolfi

Elaine Russell Reolfi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, communication, and leadership. As Chief Executive Officer of CommQuest Services, Inc. since April 2021, Elaine has focused on organizational development and community engagement. Elaine also contributes to The Sixth Level, with a focus on female leadership, and previously served as Executive Vice President at TimkenSteel Corporation, where Elaine significantly enhanced employee relations and established the TimkenSteel Charitable Fund. Elaine's background includes key roles at The Timken Company, where Elaine drove corporate communication strategies and community outreach efforts, as well as experiences in healthcare and automotive sectors. Elaine holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University, a BA in Communications from Malone University, and completed the Executive Development for Global Excellence program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
