Miranda Anderson, SHRM-SCP, has a strong education background and a range of certifications. Miranda completed their Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics/Dietitian and Health Promotion at Michigan State University from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2014, Miranda pursued a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and a Master of Public Health in Public Health Education and Promotion at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
In addition to their academic achievements, Miranda has obtained several certifications. Miranda became a Certified Health Education Specialist in April 2016 through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. Furthermore, in October 2014, they earned a CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) certification from the American National Standards Institute. Miranda also obtained a National Certificate of Tobacco Treatment Practice from NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals, in December 2017.
Miranda continued to enhance their skill set by attaining a DDI (Development Dimensions International) Certified Facilitator certification in February 2020. Miranda has also demonstrated their commitment to learning by completing courses such as "Digital Learning: Design Engaging Courses" at the 360Learning Engagement Academy in October 2022.
