Ichabod Adickes

Ichabod Adickes started their career in hospitality in September 1999 at Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, Inc. Over the years, Ichabod worked their way up from a server to eventually becoming a manager and bartender. In September 2017, Ichabod moved on to Mesa Grill where Ichabod worked as a server until the restaurant closed in March 2020 due to the pandemic. In December 2012, Ichabod transitioned to working as a VIP Agent at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, catering to VIP guests. Prior to that, Ichabod was a lead bartender at The Capital Grille from August 2008 to December 2012. Ichabod Adickes is a University of South Carolina alumni who has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
