Ami Sarnowski

Ami Sarnowski has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ami recently joined The Spice & Tea Exchange as Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Prior to this, Ami worked at Microsoft from 2021 to 2022 as Director, Ops Business Transformation, SBO Strategy & Solutions, where they supported an internal strategic transformation initiative and played a role in developing an in-house consulting function.

Before Microsoft, Ami held various leadership roles at Genesis10 from 2007 to 2021. Ami started as Chief Innovation Officer and later expanded their responsibilities to include leading the Marketing Team. During their tenure, Ami contributed to revenue growth, expanded service offerings, improved the company's brand awareness, and led workforce management and organizational assessments.

Ami's career also includes positions at Capgemini Government Solutions as a Senior Manager from 2003 to 2007, Capgemini US LLC as a Senior Manager from 2000 to 2003, and EY as a Manager from 1997 to 2000.

Ami Sarnowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Transportation and Logistics from the University of Maryland. Ami completed this degree from 1988 to 1992. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management of Global Information Technology at the American University - Kogod School of Business.
