Chia Ariel Luces

Ariel Luces, CHIA, currently serves as a Food & Beverage Coordinator at The St. Regis New York, a position held since October 2022 after completing an internship in the same department earlier in 2022. Previous experience includes working as Kitchen Staff at Children's Aid, where responsibilities involved meal preparation for over 200 individuals, and as a Youth Worker for the City of Mount Vernon. Additional roles include Kitchen Assistant at The Water Grill Restaurant and Junior Counselor for the Mount Vernon City School District, focusing on performing arts. Ariel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Management at New York University, building on a strong foundation in theater and acting from Denzel Washington School of the Arts.
