David MacDonald

David MacDonald has extensive experience in both medical sales and public service. Currently serving as a Territory Manager at The Stevens Company Limited since October 2006, specializing in medical sales for New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, David previously worked as a Police Constable with the RCMP for a brief period in 2006. Prior to that, David was a Youth Care Worker at Moncton Youth Residences from 2000 to 2006. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Psychology from Saint Mary's University, where studies occurred from 1987 to 1992, and attended Mount Allison University in 1998-1999.
