Ty Malechek

Ty Malechek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at The Stone Collection since January 2021, Ty also holds the position of Managing Partner at Knight Engineering Solutions LLC since May 2018. Previous roles include President/Managing Member at Pivotal Parking from May 2019 to May 2021 and Managing Partner at Good Bull Parking LLC from September 2017 to May 2019. Ty founded and served as President of Framed Fashion, LLC from January 2015 to March 2018. Ty Malechek earned a degree in Agricultural Leadership & Development with a minor in Business, alongside a degree in Economics, from Texas A&M University.
