Howard Silverman

Howard Silverman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Howard most recently worked as the Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics at The Synergy Company™ starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Global Logistics & Purchasing at USANA Health Sciences from February 2022 to October 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Vice President of Global Operations at New Age Beverages Corporation. Howard also served as the Director of Global Logistics at Specialized Bicycle Components from September 2016 to November 2018. Before that, they held various roles at Morinda, Inc., including Managing Director of Global Operations and Managing Director of Global Supply Chain. Additionally, they have experience in supply chain leadership roles at Morinda, Inc. from 2005 to 2009, including Director of Global Forecasting and Inventory Control, Director of International Business Affairs, and Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Operations Manager at Smith Distributors, Inc. and as the Inside Sales Manager at Ryerson.

Howard Silverman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester. In addition to their formal education, Howard has also obtained several certifications including CSR Reporting and Communication from Louvain School of Management (LSM) - UCL, CircularX: Circular Economy from SIFE Delft University of Technology, and Advancing Negotiation Skills 2 and 1 from Scotwork. Howard also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers - Student Chapter 079.
