Ted Miller

Ted Miller currently serves as the Managing Director for The Talent Labs, formerly known as The Firm, where the focus is on helping organizations enhance their talent acquisition and retention capabilities. With extensive experience in organizational development and learning, Ted held various leadership roles at Highways England, Pendragon PLC, and E.ON UK, where responsibilities included leading Learning & Development functions and consulting. Ted's professional journey began in training and development roles in companies like RS Components and Vartec Telecom. Ted holds an Upper Class Hons LLB Law degree from The Open University, completed in 2008.
