Susan Ferguson, PHR, serves as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Clio, focusing on building a global recruiting function since April 2024. As the CEO and Founder of The Talent Mover, Inc., established in June 2022, Susan offers embedded talent solutions that support companies in developing sustainable teams. In addition, Susan holds an advisory role with RemotelyMe and has been an Executive Member at Chief since December 2021. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Latch and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Houzz, where significant hiring and cost reductions were achieved. With experience spanning over two decades in various talent acquisition leadership positions, Susan has a strong track record in developing talent programs and processes across multiple industries.
