Daan van der Werf is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Inventor and CTO at Q-Strip since April 2018, where innovative applications utilizing IoT and moisture measurement technology are developed. As the Initiator of The Things Network in West Brabant since August 2017, Daan has contributed to the establishment of an open LoRaWAN Network Gateway. Previous roles include Delphi Developer at UnameIT, Allround Developer at TTI Tyre Trading International b.v. and The Digital Firm, and Delphi Programmer at Iceteam. Daan has a background in backend development at Jeansonline and owned Chat-Security.com, providing tools for moderator security. With expertise in programming across various platforms and a focus on data management, Daan's education includes a certification from LoRaWAN Academy and completion of Mbo.
