Ankur Kumar

Ankur Kumar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, Ankur worked as a Research Intern at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, collaborating with Prof. Cheng-Lin Liu on Convolutional Neural Networks. Moving forward, Ankur joined DFG in 2019 as a Product Manager and remained in this role until January 2021. In 2021, Ankur worked at HCM Capital as a part of the Investment Team, where they were involved in closing deals for Unchained Capital, Swan Bitcoin, and Satoshi Energy, as well as managing post-investment operations for Galaxy Digital, Digital Currency Group, and Abra. Currently, Ankur is serving as a Research Analyst at The Tie, starting from June 2023.

Ankur Kumar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Ankur later pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley, where they are currently completing a Master of Analytics degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research. Ankur's educational journey includes a focus on computer science and a specialization in analytics.
