Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Assistant Account Executive   Where you’ll be working: This position will be based in our Knoxville office. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor and learn the client’s business through listening in on meetings, note taking, active involvement in reporting
  • Build an understanding of client’s goals, budgets and how to efficiently and effectively plan against both
  • Assist AE, SAE, AS on production elements and general servicing of the account
  • Reliably ensure every meeting is prepped and executed flawlessly, anticipating internal and client needs
  • Track, house and manage all assets on the account
  • Learn the link between strategy, planning, creative, analytics
  • Own small production projects or client request fulfillment
  • Organize and Traffic creative
  • Interface with internal agency departments to monitor the status of on-going projects and ensure smooth cooperation between resources to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Schedule and conduct status meetings with internal team

What you bring:

  • Previous internship experience at a digital or full-service ad agency
  • Understanding of creative development and production process for both traditional and interactive media-based programs
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills
  • Experience in assisting with the development of client presentations
  • Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and working well under pressure
