David D. Rowland

Dave Rowland is Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Investment Officer for Travelers, a position he has held since August 2019. Rowland is a member of the company’s Management Committee. He served as Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Investment Officer since 2018 and oversaw Travelers’ $70 billion fixed income investment portfolio. Rowland joined Travelers in 1996 from Piper Jaffray Companies, where he was Vice President in the fixed income group. He was previously Associate Vice President in the public finance department at Dain Bosworth Inc.
