Justin Poulter

Justin Poulter is an accomplished IT leader currently serving as the VP of Global Engineering at Travelers since October 2015, overseeing IT infrastructure engineering and operations for Travelers International with a team of 70 and a significant budget. Prior to this role, Justin was the Head of IT Infrastructure for Travelers Europe from January 2013 to September 2015 and held the position of Head of Infrastructure for Europe and Southeast Asia at St. Paul Travelers Companies Inc. from September 2004 to December 2012. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth and has successfully led global network modernization initiatives to support advanced technologies.
