Tracey Hall

Tracey Hall, MBA, FLMI, currently serves as the IS Director of Management Operations at Travelers, having progressed through roles including Product Owner/Team Lead and Software Developer since July 2016, focusing on technical solutions for Auto Insurance products. Prior to Travelers, Tracey was a Senior I/T Consultant at Knights of Columbus from June 2010 to July 2017, specializing in the INGENIUM policy administration system. Tracey also held a Senior Application Specialist position at EDS, an HP Company, from February 2001 to April 2010, where expertise in the INGENIUM and RADIENCE systems was leveraged for consulting engagements with Fortune 500 companies. Earlier experience includes Client Services Consultant at HUON Corporation/The Innovation Group and Systems Analyst at Phoenix Life Insurance Company. Tracey holds a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science, an MBA with a focus on Management Information Systems, and a BA in Computer Science from esteemed institutions.
