Deanne Green

As Senior Project Manager for The True Life Companies, Deanne works in the Sacramento Market and assists the property team leadership in the efforts to make every project successful. She is responsible for providing management oversight of the entitlement process to support each region. She will also help evaluate consultant selection and assist the local regions in accomplishing due diligence prior to the onboarding of a potential project. Deanne is an accomplished real estate development team leader and brings enthusiasm and creative problem-solving to their growing property team.

Deanne has worked for major home builders including DR Horton and, more recently, as Director of Community Development at Thomas James Homes. As Director, Deanne leads the land team responsible for development through design review, obtaining permits, and implementation of new processes for 23 jurisdictions in the Bay Area. Deanne earned her degree in Business Finance from the University of the Pacific, Stockton and enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, wakeboarding, and music in her free time.
