Lexi began a career in pastry as a Pastry Cook with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd and later advanced to Pastry Supervisor at Gaylord Opryland Resort. Lexi holds an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Art Institutes, completed in 2012.

The Twelve Thirty Club
The Twelve Thirty Club is the newest Sam Fox creation, a multi-faceted, multi-level venue rooted in Nashville’s promise of art and life – connecting people to food, to music, and to each other. A modern take on the classic supper club where dining, entertainment and design collide to make up the show. We invite friends old and new to experience undiscovered acts, household names, DJs or even an impromptu jam session. There are four distinct “concepts” that make up the Twelve Thirty Club with each level offering a more elevated experience ranging from a beverage focused atmosphere in the Honky Tonk and moving into the semi-private environment of the Mezzanine. At the highest level is our Supper Club which is a 500 seat restaurant and lounge designed to create an indelible dining experience. Guests who need a sip of air, and something a little more potent, can find what they are looking for on the rooftop terrace.
