Jordan Pilarski

Jordan Pilarski is an experienced executive pastry chef with a robust background in the culinary industry, currently serving at Ojai Valley Inn since June 2023. Prior roles include executive pastry chef and assistant pastry chef at Alessia Patisserie and Cafe from July 2021 to June 2023, and a progression of positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from June 2015 to July 2021, starting as an intern and advancing to Pastry Cook III. Jordan gained notable recognition on Food Network as a finalist in "Candyland," champion of the "Holiday Baking Championship Homecoming Special," and the Spring Baking Champion. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Baking and Pastry from Johnson & Wales University.
