Jemima Killick

Jemima Killick is a Programme Manager specializing in Transformation at Co-op since September 2013, previously holding roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager within the food business. Key accomplishments include establishing a legal and regulatory change program impacting all functions across the value chain and delivering a new end-to-end profitability data capability to enhance commercial decision-making. Earlier experience as a Category Buyer involved managing a £150 million annual category turnover and leading the In Store Bakery to win the Quality Food Awards' Bakery Retailer of the Year in 2018. Jemima also serves as a Trustee Board Member for The Union at Manchester Metropolitan University since July 2019 and holds an LLB in Law with Politics from The University of Manchester.
