Onicio Leal Neto

Onicio Leal Neto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and digital health innovation. Currently serving as an Assistant Research Professor at the University of Arizona and a Senior Researcher at the Department of Computer Science (D-INFK) at ETH Zürich, Onicio has also held positions as a Digital Health Expert at Singularity University and a Digital Innovation Consultant at Ending Pandemics. Onicio was previously the Chief Research & Development Officer at Colab and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Universität Zürich. In addition, Onicio founded and served as CEO of Epitrack, focusing on eHealth and mHealth solutions. Academic credentials include a PhD in Public Health and Epidemiology from FIOCRUZ, complemented by an acceleration program in social entrepreneurship from the University of Oxford. Onicio's expertise is further underscored by roles as a research consultant for UNICEF and a consultant for the Pan American Health Organization.
