Heather Riffle

Heather Riffle started their work experience in 1997 at The University of Findlay, where they held various roles including Director of Graduate Operations, Coordinator for Online Delivery, and IRB Officer. Heather also served as the Coordinator for Online Delivery and Executive Assistant for Academic Affairs. In 2008, they joined Owens Community College as a Part Time Instructor in the School of Business and Information Technology.

Heather Riffle earned their MBA in Organizational Leadership from The University of Findlay, where they attended from 2000 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education from The University of Findlay, completed between the years 2004 and 2006. Furthermore, Heather has several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Excel Expert, Microsoft Word Expert, Microsoft Office Master 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist PowerPoint 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist Word Expert 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist Access 2016, Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 Expert, and Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2013. Heather also obtained a certification as a QM-Certified Higher Education Peer Reviewer from QM Quality Matters in May 2020.
