David Tomlins

David Tomlins has a diverse work experience in various industries. David is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Plant Success in Nature and Agriculture, where they are involved in developing innovative strategies to enhance plant productivity and resilience. Prior to this, they held the position of Deputy Director (Operations and Strategy) at The University of Queensland. David also worked as the Program Director and Program and Commercial Manager at the Digital Health CRC, the largest digital health research cooperative globally. Their responsibilities included coordinating research and development efforts in the healthcare sector by collaborating with various organizations. Additionally, they served as an Advisor to the Royal Government of Bhutan and held leadership roles at Food Agility and the University of Technology Sydney. David has also worked at Emerging Markets Consulting and CorporateRealEstate.com, where they utilized their consulting expertise. David also served as a Program Advisor at the Cambodia Microfinance Association.

David Tomlins completed their education at The University of Queensland. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Commerce in the field of Applied Finance. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Management and Organisations, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Software.
