Anish Palakurthi

Anish Palakurthi is a skilled software engineer currently contributing to Boundary (YC W23) by designing and implementing a core transcompiler pipeline in Rust for BAML, a high-level programming language aimed at developing interoperable LLM functions. Anish also serves as an undergraduate teaching assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, focusing on high-performance and energy-efficient systems, and is engaged as an undergraduate researcher at Harvard Medical School, working on generative synthetic data for U-Net training improvement. Previous experience includes roles at Austin Technology Incubator as a venture associate, at Chevron as a software engineer focusing on machine learning and data insights, at Clips AI developing an open-source library, and at OnlineMedEd, where significant contributions were made to a platform used by over 500,000 medical students globally.
