Van Latham

Van Latham is a Clinical Professor of Organizational Behavior, Coaching and Consulting at The University of Texas at Dallas, where instruction focuses on Motivational Leadership, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Organizational Consulting at the Jindal School of Management since 2017. Latham also serves as the Practice Leader at PathPoint Consulting, an HR consulting firm specializing in organizational and leadership development since September 1999. Prior experience includes positions as an Executive Coach at Harvard Business School from 2015 to 2017, Vice President and Chief HR Officer at Iron Mountain from July 1997 to August 1999, and various HR roles at PepsiCo from July 1987 to July 1997. Latham holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and a B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University.
