Tristan Carter Warren, CFRE has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. In 1987, Tristan began as a Legislative Analyst in the U.S. House of Representatives before moving on to become the Director of Government Relations at the National Association of Broadcasters in 1989. In 2004, Tristan joined the Virginia Symphony Orchestra as a Major Gifts Officer, and then transitioned to becoming the Executive Director of Norfolk NATO Festival in 2008. Tristan's leadership roles continued at Nauticus, where they served as the Director of Leadership Gifts from 2011 to 2016. Currently, Tristan is the Chief Development Officer of The Up Center, a position they have held since June 2016. Throughout their career, Tristan has shown a consistent dedication to fundraising and development, contributing to the success of various organizations.

Tristan Carter Warren, CFRE has a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tristan also holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management from George Mason University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they are a certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) from CFRE International.
