Owen Rogers

Owen Rogers is an experienced professional in the fields of cloud computing, digital economics, and research, currently serving as the Senior Research Director - Cloud at Uptime Institute since September 2024. Previously, Owen held the position of Research Director - Cloud, Datacenter, and AI at TechInsights and served as Research Director, Cloud at Uptime Institute for eight years.
