Dr. Nicole M. Ford-Francis

Dr. Nicole M. Ford-Francis has extensive experience in various industries, including government contracting, education, healthcare, and telecommunications. Dr. Nicole M. currently holds the role of Sr. Vice President of Business Development at The Ventura Group, Inc., where they provide leadership and support in business development initiatives. Dr. Ford-Francis has also served as an Advisory Board Member at The George Washington University School of Business, where they contribute to the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times Certificate Program. Dr. Nicole M. has previous experience as a Senior Principal Consultant at Unicorn Pharmacopeia, LLC, where they provided consultant services in the field of integrative medicine and plant-based treatments. Dr. Nicole M. Ford-Francis holds a Doctorate of Education from Nova Southeastern University, specializing in Management of Human Service Organizations and Program Management. Dr. Nicole M. earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education and Teaching from Coppin State University. Dr. Ford-Francis also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Towson University. Dr. Nicole M. completed their pre-medical studies in Biology at Morgan State University. As for their high school education, they attended Baltimore City College High School, where they completed a college/university preparatory and advanced high school/secondary diploma program, focusing on humanities/humanistic studies.
