Elizabeth Lacroix

Elizabeth LaCroix is an experienced pastry chef currently serving as the sole pastry chef at Village At Waterman Lake since January 2016, where responsibilities include preparing desserts for over 300 residents and staff at a retirement community. Prior experience includes roles as an associate with Compass Group, handling food preparation from April 2013 to December 2015, and serving as a cook/barista at Cafe Choklad from July 2011 to April 2013, focusing on sandwiches and pastries. Elizabeth also worked as a baker/barista at Brewed Awakenings LLC from April 2010 to June 2011 and in the take-out section at Wright's Farm Restaurant from September 2007 to April 2010. Elizabeth LaCroix holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, graduated in 2012.
