Jessica Conway

Jessica Conway has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and organizations. Jessica most recently served as the Vice President Operations at The Village Family Services, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IAAME, where they held the positions of Deputy Director from May 2019 to April 2022 and Program Manager from February 2018 to May 2019. Their earlier experience includes a role as Director of Quality and Risk Management at Bethany Christian Services from October 2010 to February 2018.

Jessica Conway earned their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Jessica then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
