Karen Shepherd

Karen Shepherd is experienced in overseeing operations and administrative functions in various arts and music organizations. Karen has served in leadership roles such as Interim Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Government Affairs, Advancement and Community, and Deputy Director of Development. Karen has also managed operations at Levine Music and worked as a Consultant at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. With a background in music and German, Karen holds a Certificate of Business Management from William & Mary.
