D'Sheka Perkins

D'Sheka Perkins is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in event planning and organizational management. As the Owner and Creative Director of The Event Boutique, LLC since January 2014, D'Sheka specializes in planning and executing corporate and social events, collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life. Additionally, D'Sheka has served as a Talent Agent at The Wayne Agency, LLC since December 2023, and previously held the position of Deputy Director of Operations at the East of the River Clergy Police Community Partnership from September 2001 to January 2014, where D'Sheka managed a $4 million annual budget and oversaw various operational functions. D'Sheka's legal background includes clerkships with the Neighborhood Legal Services Program and the District of Columbia Rental Housing Commission, complemented by a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America and a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University.
