Nazia Cleall

Nazia Cleall is an experienced campaign manager with a diverse background in marketing and engagement strategies. Currently serving as the Campaign Manager at The West Brom since December 2023, Nazia previously held the same title at Capita from September 2021 to June 2024. Nazia's career at npower spanned eight years, during which various roles included Engagement, Delivery and Marketing Manager, Channel Development Manager, and Reactive Retention Strategy and Planning Manager, among others. Earlier professional experience includes a decade at Personal Touch Financial Services Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed Mortgage Product and Proposition Development Manager and Agent Development Manager.
