Nick Albanese

Nick Albanese has a diverse work experience in the field of research and strategy, with a focus on energy and mobility. Nick is currently working at The Westly Group as the VP of Research & Strategy and Investment Associate. Prior to that, they held various roles at BloombergNEF, including Head of Intelligent Mobility and Senior Associate. Nick also worked at Barclays as a Graduate Consultant in Equity Research, and at Columbia University as a Research Assistant. Additionally, they gained valuable experience through internships at ExxonMobil, Council on Foreign Relations, U.S. Department of Energy, and PIR Center. Throughout their career, Nick has exhibited expertise in market research, data analysis, and forecasting.

Nick Albanese earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics and Russian from Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service from 2010 to 2014. Nick then pursued a Master's Degree in Energy Policy and Finance with a focus on Economics from Columbia | SIPA between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in a CIEE Exchange Program at Saint Petersburg State University, focusing on Language and Politics. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP.
