Kingsley Poulton

Kingsley has over 30 years senior leadership experience in a range of sectors including Finance, Energy and Chemical, Facilities Management and Research.

He has been accountable for a wide range of geographically diverse positions resulting in considerable international knowledge and Board level accountability. Throughout his career he has been in Property Services, Real Estate Management, Change Management and Technology. With a strong track record of successful people management, financial management and control, talent acquisition and retention, Kingsley is widely recognized for his capabilities in programme delivery and business change.

As a member of the White Horse Trust Finance Committee Kingsley will leverage his operational experience to support effective and appropriate management of the Trusts finances with the intention of ensuring a focus on delivering the best education possible for the pupils of the Trust.
