Ami Defesche

Ami Defesche has a comprehensive background in community management and digital marketing. They currently serve as the Director of Community at The Wildcard Alliance, where they oversee community-building initiatives. Prior to this, Ami owned Geeks Who Get Paid, a business specializing in technology. They also held various roles at Intuit, including US Community Team Lead and Social and Self Help Specialist. At Iris.ai, Ami was the Head of Community, responsible for managing global community strategies. Before that, they served as a Senior Community Manager at Blackbaud, where they designed and executed product and global community engagement strategies. Ami also has experience as a Community Manager at SpaceTime, actively managing live communities for multiple games. They began their career at Go9Media as a Lead Designer and Developer, where they worked on web design, development, and client management. Ami's early experience includes serving as a Senior Game Advisor at Gamestop Inc., where they provided exceptional customer service and led a team of associates.

Ami Defesche completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design at St. Edward's University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Career Coach from the IAP Career College in January 2022.
