Krista Debie-Kohl

Krista DeBie-Kohl has a diverse work history, starting as a Junior Accountant at WLMBS, Inc. Krista then became a Senior Internal Auditor at E&J Gallo Winery, where they successfully led multiple fraud investigations and recovered $10 million in overpaid import/export duties. Following that, they worked at Mattel as an Internal Audit Manager, completing SOX audits and reengineering licensee royalty audits. Krista then formed the Corporate Responsibility Audit function at Mattel, based in Hong Kong and the US, to address company recalls. Their next position was at The Wine Group, where they held various director roles, focused on business process improvement, training and communications, and process improvements in the supply chain. At The Wine Group, they achieved significant transformations and enhancements in various areas of the company.

Krista DeBie-Kohl has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. Krista earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Stanislaus, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, Krista pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting at the same institution, completing their degree in 2005.
