Adam Smith

Adam Smith has had a range of work experiences in human resources and management. Adam is currently a Senior Director of Human Resources at The Wolff Company, where they lead the HR function for Revel Communities and The Wolff Residential Experience Company. Before that, they worked as a Senior Director of HR and Operations at Vanta Education, Inc., where they oversaw talent management and various HR programs. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at University of Phoenix, where they led a team of HR professionals and worked on talent management initiatives. Adam also worked as a Senior HR Manager at Walmart, where they built strategic HR plans for multiple corporate divisions. Additionally, Adam has experience in admissions and recruitment, having served as an Associate Director of Admissions at MidAmerica Nazarene University.

Adam Smith holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Ottawa University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Predictive Index Analyst from The Predictive Group, Inc. in March 2016, and an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
