Colby Poskitt

Colby Poskitt's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Fairfield University for The Women's Network since January 2023. In this role, Colby plans and executes events to promote awareness and discussion on diversity, equity, and inclusion, develops relationships with other campus organizations, integrates inclusive practices into meetings and events, and recruits new members from various backgrounds. Prior to this, Colby worked as a Shift Lead and Scooper at Ben & Jerry's from May 2017 to September 2022.

Colby Poskitt attended Winchester High School from 2017 to 2021. After completing high school, Colby enrolled at Fairfield University in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health.
