Tina MacVeigh

Tina is responsible for renewing and reimagining Y-USA’s leadership development and staff training operations across the Y network to ensure all staff are able to discover their potential and deliver their best work.

Tina was most recently Senior V.P. of Global Network Strategy for United Way Worldwide where she focused on enabling a shift to modern operating models and customer-centered engagement. She established enterprise learning strategies, delivered innovative technology solutions and implemented coaching and change management practices for greater board, committee and staff adoption.
