Tom Gardner

Tom leads Y-USA’s information and digital technology strategy. He is responsible for driving transformational change and the successful implementation of complex technology solutions that help Ys across the country strengthen community.

Prior to joining Y-USA’s executive leadership team, Tom held senior leadership positions in for-profit and non-profit organizations where he led all aspects of IT including vision and strategy development, architecture, data management, cybersecurity and operations. Over the course of his 30-year career, Tom has developed a strong reputation for being a hardworking collaborator and an orchestrator of technological and digital experience improvements that have a positive impact on organizational outcomes.

Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Hartford.
