Manuel Silva has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Manuel began their career at Iberostar Grand Hotel El Mirador in 2012, where they completed an internship in F&B and Front Office. Manuel then worked at Sheraton Porto Hotel and Spa as a Barman and later as a Barman in a professional internship. In 2015, they joined Sheraton Hotels & Resorts as a Front Office Agent. Since 2017, Manuel has been working at The Yeatman, first as a Concierge and currently as the Head Concierge.
Manuel Silva began their education in 2007 at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, where they pursued a degree in Engenharia Electrotécnica e de Computadores. However, they did not complete this degree and instead transitioned to Escola Superior de Estudos Industriais e Gestão in 2010. At this institution, Manuel completed a degree in Gestão e Administração Hoteleira in 2013.
