Matilde Ribeirinho has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matilde started their career in 2012 at Hilti, where they worked as a Human Resources Trainee and later as a Brand & Communication Specialist in the Marketing Department. In 2014, they joined Vrazon - Digital Wine Media as an Events Coordinator. Since 2016, they have been working at The Yeatman, initially as a Marketing Manager and currently as the Marketing Director. In these roles, they have been responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, digitalization processes, data analysis, market research, budget management, and various marketing activities such as email marketing, website management, social media management, and communication material design and development.
Matilde Ribeirinho's education history shows that they pursued their studies in the field of Economics and Management at FEP U. Porto. Matilde obtained a Licenciate Degree from the School of Economics and Management at FEP U. Porto from 2007 to 2011. Later, in 2010, Matilde had an opportunity to study abroad as an Erasmus student at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland, focusing on Business Management. Matilde then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Marketing from the School of Economics and Management at FEP U. Porto from 2012 to 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Matilde Ribeirinho has also obtained several certifications and participated in various workshops and conferences. Matilde has certifications in Leadership from Dynargie Portugal and Neuromarketing from Psicossoma, obtained in March 2022. In November 2020, they completed an Online Advertising Bootcamp by Roberto Cortez. Matilde also received a certification in Emotional Intelligence from DUAL Qualificação Profissional in May 2020. Furthermore, in 2016, they attended a workshop on Marketing Digital 360 at Vasco Marques Digital Academy.
Matilde Ribeirinho has been actively involved in public speaking and has presented at conferences and forums related to their field of expertise. In June 2015, they were a speaker at the MAG Scholar® Global Business, Marketing, and Tourism Conference, where they spoke on the theme of brand naming sponsor's impact on festivalgoers' purchase intentions. Matilde also served as a Track Chair and a conference article reviewer at the same conference. Additionally, in March 2015, they were a speaker at the Talkfest'15, an International Music Festivals Forum, addressing the impact of brand naming sponsors on festivalgoers' purchase intentions.
Furthermore, Matilde Ribeirinho has pursued practical courses in Events Organization and Management. In February 2012, they completed a Specialized Practical Course of Events Organization and Management, followed by a Practical Course of Events Organization and Management in January 2012, both offered by CERTFORM - Escola de Formação Prática.
