Michael Scott R.

Michael Scott R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael Scott began their career as a Sr. Analyst and Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency, where they worked for ten years. Michael Scott then served as a Consultant for various organizations such as the Marriage Equality Coalition Taiwan and Reporters Without Borders East Asia bureau. In 2019, Michael joined Twitter as a Sr. Policy Specialist, eventually becoming the Head of Site Integrity (Asia) and later the Head of Platform Integrity Policy, Site Integrity (Global). Most recently, they joined Alethea as the Head of Analysis in 2023.

Michael Scott R. began their educational journey at Sciences Po in 2006, where they completed a Premier cycle in International Relations and Political Science. From 2004 to 2008, they attended Brown University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Economics. Later, Michael pursued further education and enrolled at Princeton University from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they earned a Master in Public Affairs (M.P.A.) degree, concentrating in International Relations with a focus on China & East Asia.
