Jon Fraser

Jon Fraser's work experience includes various roles in sales, leadership coaching, and business development. Jon currently serves as the VP of Sales at TheAppLabb, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, Jon worked as an Advisor and Leadership Coach at Mento, where they helped individuals grow personally and professionally. Jon also co-founded and served as the President of FloatMyBoats.com, a company that aimed to disrupt the recreational boating industry. Before that, they were the Chief Revenue Officer at Omniconvert, leading the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Jon has also held VP of Sales positions at Third Factor and worked as a Managing Director at Online Business Systems, where they focused on strategic growth opportunities. Jon has experience as the Director of Business Development at Watershed CI and as a Sales Manager at Sierra Systems. Additionally, Jon has worked as a Sales Executive at Computer Aid, Inc., a global IT services firm. Jon has a proven track record of driving business growth and helping clients improve their businesses.

Jon Fraser attended Georgian College from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Programmer/Analyst with a focus on Computers and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Jon has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Jon completed the Building Resilience course at Third Factor in January 2021, the 3 x 4 Coaching Program at Third Factor in December 2020, the Change Management Foundation certification from APMG-International in August 2015, and the ITIL Foundations V2 certification from Loyalist College in June 2005.
